Ingredients for this delicious low calorie, low fat recipe are:

Salt, Lemon wedge, Pepper, Dried Rosemary

Rub salmon with rosemary.  Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray.  Bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven until fish is flaky. Sqeeze lemon wedge over it, then salt and pepper.

12 ounces boneless chicken breast, cooked in fry pan with water
