Cinnamon combats yeast and fungal infections very effectively. Try this technique. Boil 4 cups of water while adding around 10 broken up sticks of cinnamon, lower the heat and allow to simmer for around 5 minutes. Leave to cool for around 30 - 45mins and use to bathe your feet.
